Linda Milliken and Jennifer Mitchell are Title 1 reading teachers at The Plains Elementary. They have both used Dibels for the past two years. Last year they worked with Step By Step trainers to implement some excellent instructional strategies that help struggling readers by analyzing and planning instruction using their Dibels data.
